PHOTO FILES REQUIREMENTS
Digital pictures are accepted in JPEG format. We are able to print from RGB files only.
In order for you to get a premium quality print, your photo needs to have a certain number of pixels. Below you will find a helpful chart that gives you the minimum and optimal resolution for every size we offer, this ensures good print quality with sharp details and no visible pixelation. If you still aren’t confident, email us at maxphotoprints@gmail.com and a member of our team will take a look at your photos before you submit your order.

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
MAXPRINTS allows you a 1 hour window to cancel all orders. Please send us an email with your order number to maxphotoprints@gmail.com
CAN I EMAIL IMAGES?
Yes, you can email images to us if you prefer, please DO NOT send them as attachments but use online file sharing services like WeTransfer or Dropbox and email us a link to your files.
